Perché mettere in conto solo i fulmini captati dalla conduttura elettrica pubblica e non anche quelli captati dagli edifici connessi alla stessa conduttura?
C’è qualcuno che mi sa spiegare dove sbaglio?
Ricordo che l'ultimo progetto della norma CEI 64-8 che trattava dello stesso argomento e che ho avuto modo di leggere, trascurava completamente tale aspetto.
