CEI 82-25, 2010-09 - A serious mistake
art. 14.1 of IEC 82-25, devoted to "Materials and equipment" in section "Tests on the technical and functional components," states: "The materials and equipment used must be manufactured and constructed in a workmanlike manner, or according to the rules CEI, in accordance with the Law March 1, 1968. "
disappointing to 40 and more years the publication of Law March 1, 1968 noted that all the experts still consider the standardization of the CT 82 equivalent to the rules of the content of the IEC, which is absolutely not true.
What errors can be detected in similar quasi-official national documents, speaks volumes about the great critical attention to them with which we all should always look. Already
write technical documents in Norma, Help with an initial capital letter, as it continues to do, unfortunately contributes to dis-educate young engineers: there is nothing divine or so influential in the guides and rules to justify.
Young people have to deal critically with technical standards: a good gym to close and understand what the state of the art, which rightly puts the law above all technical.
Ask the experts of the CEI in a hurry to correct the mistake.
